प्रभात त्रिपाठी / Prabhat Tripathi
Born 1941, in Raigadh (Chattisgarh), Prabhat Tripathi did his PhD from Sagar University (Madhya Pradesh). He has published several collections of poetry, including Khidki se Barsaat, Nahin Likh Saka Main, Sadak Par Chupchaap and Likha Mujhe Vrikshon Ne, two novels, Sapna Shuru and Anatmakatha, two books of criticism, and translations from Oriya to Hindi. He was Secretary of the M.P. Sahitya Akademi in 1994-95, and visiting writer at the Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha, in 2002-03. His awards include the Vaageshwari Puraskaar, the Makhanlal Chaturvedi Sammaan and the Sauhardya Puraskaar.
