जीतेन्द्र श्रीवास्तव / Jitendra Srivastava
Born 1974, in UP. PhD in Hindi Literature from JNU, Delhi. Currently works at the Humanities Dept. at IGNOU. Has published 3 collections of poetry – In Dinon Halchal (2000), Anbhay Katha (2003) and Asundar Sundar (2008) – and 4 books of critcism – Bharatiya Samaj ki Samasyaein aur Premchand (2002), Bharatiya Rashtravad aur Premchand (2004), Shabdon mein Samay (2008) and Aalochna ka Manush-Marm (2009).
Has been awarded the Kriti Samman (2004-05), the Ramchandra Shukla award (2006), the Bharatbhushan Agrawal award (2006), the Vijaydev Narayan Sahi award (2007), the Yuva Puruskar from Bharatiya Bhasha Parishad (2007) and the Dr. Ramvilas Sharma Aalochna Samman (2007).
