Lives in Ranchi. Edited Panchayati Raj: Hashiye Se Hukumat Tak and the Jharkhand Encyclopedia (4 Vols.). Won 1st Prize in the Kathadesh 2005 Story writing competition. Has published a novel, Global Gaon Ke Devta, a collection of stories, Raat Baaki Evam Anya Kahaniya, and a book of poetry, Thoda Sa Eshtri Hona Chahta Hoon.
