विनीत कुमार / Vineet Kumar
After having completed his MA in Hindi Literature, Vineet went on to do an M.Phil. on the language of FM channels, from Delhi University in 2004. At the same time, he also acquired a diploma in Mass Communication from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Delhi. On a scholarship from CSDS, he did research on the language of News Channels, after which he worked with Aajtak and Janmat. Since 2007, he’s engaged in full-time research on the subject of linguistic and cultural constructs in entertainment channels, in DU as a UGC research fellow.
His articles on the changing faces of media have appeared in Naya Gyanoday, Vasudha, Vak, Media Mantra aur Sanchar etc.
